Sitters on a paid Monthly or Yearly plan additionally complete a criminal record check through Certn (certn.co). The background check is included with the paid plan, with no separate fee, and our team reviews the result before approving the sitter.

The provider checks the sitter's identity at no cost to them. Paid-plan sitters also receive an email link to complete a Certn background check.
